Counselling Supervision is strongly recommended for all counsellors.

Your continued learning not only benefits you, but also benefits your clients. Most counsellors require ongoing supervision or training to maintain their standing with their regulatory board.

Counselling Supervision

Let’s work together to make your counselling career everything you’ve dreamed of – and more.”

You are done school now, and the thought of sitting with clients is daunting you.

Just you and a client for a whole hour…

Guess what, this is common to be paralyzed by this fear of Am I being enough?, Can I actually help these clients?, Do I know enough?…..

When these parts of you show up, I want to be your biggest supporter and help you move through them.

Part of this work is getting confused, feeling lost, not tracking the client, disagreeing with the client, feeling stuck, overwhelmed, having your heart tugged on, and feeling like a big humongous imposter.

We often get buried by the integration of theory.

Over time I have leaned into the spaces where my clients felt known and cared for and where their emotional needs were met and truth be told I have often found myself leading with my head instead of my heart. The theory only informs us who we already are and what we already have in us.

One of the best decisions you can make early in your counselling career is Group Supervision."
